How Payment Works at Hawaii Radiant Health

Hawaii Radiant Health operates on a direct payment model. This means you pay directly for the care you receive, rather than through insurance. This approach allows for more time, greater access, and a deeper focus on relationship-based care without the constraints of insurance-driven systems.

We do not bill insurance, and we do not submit claims on your behalf

Many patients choose to maintain insurance separately for emergencies, hospital care, or specialist services, while working with us for personalized, ongoing support.

Payment is transparent and discussed upfront so you know what to expect. There are no surprise bills or hidden fees.

Payment Options

Vitality Membership:


The Vitality Membership is billed monthly and supports ongoing, relationship-centered care. This model allows for extended time, direct access, and a flexible approach that evolves with your needs. An introductory consultation is required prior to enrollment.

Single Visits:


For one-time services, including Individual Wellness Visits, hormone evaluations, peptide therapy evaluations, and focused care, payment is due at the time of booking or prior to your visit.

Payment Financing

We understand that committing to care is both a personal and practical decision. When appropriate, payment plans may be available and are discussed directly with your provider in a thoughtful, transparent way. These conversations are held with care and respect, recognizing that financial considerations are part of the broader context of your life and health.

Our intention is to support access to care while preserving the time, presence, and continuity that relationship-based medicine requires. Payment arrangements are individualized and considered alongside your care plan, ensuring clarity, alignment, and a shared understanding from the beginning.
